Jongno & Gwanghwamun Dermatology Clinics Koreans Actually Visit
Jongno and Gwanghwamun are an office district rather than a residential neighbourhood, and the thirteen clinics Naver Place returned for a dermatology search are spread over ten dong: two each in Cheongjin-dong, Mugyo-dong and Jongno 2-ga, and one each in Taepyeongno 1-ga, Sinmunno 1-ga, Jongno 1-ga, Gongpyeong-dong, Dangju-dong, Sogong-dong and Sejongno. Nine addresses are in Jongno-gu and four in Jung-gu. Seven clinics tag themselves as a Gwanghwamun clinic and three as a Jongno clinic, which tells you how people describe the area more than where the addresses fall.
Checked 2026-09-16 · search terms “종로 피부과” / “광화문 피부과” (Jongno / Gwanghwamun dermatology clinic) · source: Naver Map search results. The search returned 13 dermatology clinics in total, not 20. That is the honest count of dermatology-specific listings here, alongside many pharmacies, Korean medicine clinics (한의원) and other specialties (OB-GYN, orthopedics, ENT) that we excluded as outside our scope. No paid ad listings appeared. Positions 10 to 13 did not show tags or a visit/blog review breakdown.

Only one of the thirteen shows a board-certified doctor on its Naver profile. That is missing information, not a finding about who practises there, but it does mean nearly every clinic here needs a direct question before you book.
Ulthera appears in the tags of five clinics and Thermage in four, counting combined tags such as “Ulthera & Thermage tune face”. Accolade toning appears at two and Rejuran at three. Four clinics publish no treatment tags. Three are marked wheelchair accessible.
A note on names: in Korea only a clinic opened by a board-certified dermatologist may put “피부과의원” (dermatology clinic) in its name, and here that applies to one clinic, Gwanghwamun Heritique. The others are registered as “의원” (clinic) and list dermatology among their services, which Naver groups under the same search. Their doctors may or may not be dermatology specialists, so ask.
Why the order is not a quality score: Naver arranges results by activity on its own platform, which says nothing about skill, qualifications or care, and the same search may return a different order later.
